Account Executives
Motivated individual with 1 to 5 years of successful sales or sales related experience. Currently position offers commission only, but as sales numbers increase, these individuals will be eligible for a base salary as well. They must have inside or outside sales experience. Responsibilities include prospecting, contacting and building a territory of clients. Duties include evaluating client needs and offering product based solutions. Extended responsibilities include following up with existing clients and soliciting referrals. Sales professionals will be trained, given leads and the proper protocol procedures, sales brochures and presentation materials to close deals. Ideal candidate will have drive, determination and ability to close sells. Knowledge of Network Marketing and Telemarketing is a plus for this position. Director of Advertising & Public Relations
This person will be very high energy, resourceful, and possess the ability to build rapport and relationships. They will also have very strong selling skills. A highly social person they will be adaptable to any environment and have the ability to establish rapport and create business relationships quickly. They will be responsible for increasing the awareness of DMBC brands and its services in the community. Duties will include branding the company by organizing networking events and targeted social gatherings, thus increasing our relationship with prominent business owners, promoters and social elitists in the city. The Director of Advertising & PR will be responsible for collecting information about events, both in entertainment and culturally, around the city. They will contact the promoter or coordinator of the event and set an appointment to have them meet with a sales professional, who will evaluate their needs and create a custom marketing package for them This person will be responsible for creating strategic alliances with the local newspapers, circulars, magazines, radio stations and television stations for purposes of using the media to increase public awareness of DMBC brands. In cases where a representative is required to speak on behalf of the company and the CEO is not available to do so, they will relay information regarding the company in a congenial, professional manner. This position requires excellent communication skills both oral and written, social connectivity, a studious demeanor and intimate knowledge of activity in and around the city.

POSITION #DMBC-301 - Detroit, MI - Appointment Setter:
To support our continued growth, we have an immediate opportunity for an experienced Appointment Setter. The Appointment Setter will prospect for new accounts, qualify leads and close appointments for the Sales Team.

Experience in these areas is required. The position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication and organizational skills, computer literacy and the ability to work independently.
1.Reliable transportation (van or SUV preferred)
2. Knowledge of the City of Detroit and nightlife
3. Ability to keep information confidential
4. Own up to date computer with high speed Internet; multimedia experience a plus

10 - 20 hours per week with the possibility of advancing to full-time status in the future. Work schedule is afternoons and nights. Compensation based on both an hourly rate and commissions.

Qualifications: PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) required. Excellent communications and administrative skills required. Recent college graduates or those seeking supplemental income are encouraged to apply. Basic marketing duties include: assisting with new branding opportunities and helping market information packages.
